From your BOM Insight dashboard page, you can view Folders and uploaded BOM Projects. This provides an overview of all the lists and folders created within your company's account.
BOM Insight Dashboard Display Views
Use the top toggle to change your display between Folder View, All Projects, or My Projects.
The Folder View allows you to collaborate with your team by organizing and viewing your BOMs as projects in folders. The All Projects shows all of your company’s BOMs, and My Projects shows just your uploaded BOMs.
Create Folders
Click on Create a New Folder in order to start a new project folder. Enter in your New Folder Name and Select a Parent Folder to house your folder as applicable by using the dropdown. The Create New Folder modal will highlight the folder that you are currently in and selected with a checkmark. When there's a closed folder, it shows the "Closed" status (red label) next to the folder's name.
You can also enter in a Folder Closing Date. When ready, click on Create to finish.
Edit Folders
You can modify existing project folders by clicking into a folder and then on Edit on the top left. From here you can edit the Folder Name, Parent Folder and Folder Closing Date.
You can click on Close when needing to close this specific folder.
You'll notice then that the folder's Status will show as "Closed" and the Closing Date will be filled in.
