Approved Manufacturer List files can be referenced and pulled data from in order to create your BOM or Demand, by which then you can create your RFQ with its loaded data.
Within System Template Columns, you can use AMLs as a LookUp Table in order to validate data when creating a BOM (BOM Insight) or a Demand (Demand Management). Then this BOM or Demand can be used to create your RFQ with its AML validated data.
AMLs can also be set as the referred data source when populating data through its demand template. When you create a Demand Template, you can specify that certain columns be populated with data from your AMLs. The specifications, data sourcing, and column mapping are template-specific, and therefore will not be the defaults for all Demand Templates.
