BOM Insight allows you to merge up to five lists into a single BOM. After the merging process is completed, then all of the original individual BOMs will be removed.
From your BOMs dashboard page, select your BOMs by checking the boxes next to their Names. There will be a blue checkbox next to the files' name to confirm they're selected. Then click on Merge Lists.
The Merge Lists modal will display the files that you have selected to be merged. Your new merged BOM will use the same name as the first BOM from your selected list by default. The BOM name can be modified by entering a new preferred name within the List Name field.
Once you have confirmed that everything is correct, then click on Merge Lists to finish.
Merging Error
Only five BOMs can be merged at a time. An error message will display to remind you that only the first five files will be merged if you have selected more than five BOMs.
You can perform multiple merges in sets in order to combine more than five BOMs.
