Supplyframe DSI supports SAML for Single Sign-On (SSO) and is configurable by the designated Account Owner.

As the account owner, when SSO (Single Sign On) is enabled for your company's account, you can view the SSO tab in your Permissions settings. Once SSO is enabled, you will no longer be able to log in with your Supplyframe account username and password. You will now only be able to login using your custom subdomain (e.g. companyname.dsi.supplyframe.app) with your SSO credentials.
To access and review your SSO details in Supplyframe, hover over your name in the top right navigation bar, and click on Permissions.
If any of the information provided under the SSO section is not correct, then you will not be able to login. This includes the: SAML SSO URL, Certificate or logout URL.

Prerequisites to getting started

  • Your DSI account has been created by Supplyframe.
  • Within your DSI account, SSO has been enabled by Supplyframe.
  • Your user account has been created and given the special designation of Owner by Supplyframe.
  • You have confirmed your ability to login to your DSI account using your non-SSO user account via the non-SSO URL:  https://dsi.supplyframe.app.

SSO Setup Process
