Within Demand Management, you can review historical changes made to the Demand list itself and at the line level.
Demand History
When reviewing your demand, in the top action toolbar click on History. Then the List History modal opens to display a chronological list identifying the event, who initiated it, and when.
The events that are recorded:
- Demand status change
- Merging Demands
- Demand has been moved
- Demand: consolidate settings has been changed
- Demand: settings - new list name / description
- Demand: refreshed
- Demand: column refreshed
- Demand: add part master alternates
- Demand: ownership changes
- Duplicates removed
- Line item added
- Field edit
Line Level History
Demand History at the line level is accessible by going to the list and clicking on the History icon in the last column on the far right at the line item level.
This will open up the line item’s Activity Stream to show historical actions for that part.
You will see a chronological list of identifying the event (line added or field edited), who initiated it, and when for that part.
