From your Demand Management dashboard, you can view your team Projects and uploaded demand lists. This provides an overview of all the lists and project folders created within your company's account. Folders allow you to organize your demand lists for negotiation cycles in Demand Management.

The Folder View allows you to collaborate with your team by organizing and viewing your demand lists in folders. The All Projects shows all of your company’s demand lists, and My Projects shows just your uploaded demand lists.

Folders

Click on Create a New Folder in order to start a new folder. Enter in your New Folder Name and select a Parent Folder to house your new folder as applicable. The Create New Folder modal will highlight the selected folder that you are currently in and have selected with a green checkmark.

Choosing "All Projects" will place your folder in the top-level directory of demand lists. When there's a closed folder, it shows the "Closed" status (red label) next to the folder's name.

You can also enter when needed a Folder Closing Date. When ready, click on Create to finish.

Edit Folders

You can modify existing folders when viewing within the folder itself by clicking on Edit. This will allow you to modify the Folder Name, move it to a different location in the Parent Folder or the Closing Date.
