Part Popularity determined by Supplyframe based on searches, clicks, datasheet downloads, and other proprietary information. This is represented by MPNs with a rank and a percentile. Supplyframe calculates popularity on a global scale, within a class, and within a class and category.
A part's popularity is expressed as being ranked X out of Y parts in its specified categorization. A rank of #1 indicates the most popular part. The higher rank number, then the less popular the part is. Part popularity is updated daily.

Supplyframe also displays popularity as a percentile for a specific region (0-100). For example, this indicates that a part is in the top 1% (or 99th percentile) in Canada. Percentiles are rounded to the nearest whole number, which is why "100" is commonly shown.
