If you or your suppliers are not receiving automated notification emails, the most common reason is that your email provider is blocking or filtering our messages.

If the emails are not in their spam/junk folders, and you confirm they are sent from the Supplyframe side, the next best step allowlist our email server IP addresses. This tells your email provider that emails coming from these specific addresses are safe and should always be delivered to their inbox.

Please add the following emails to your allowlist:

  • Primary Email Server IP: 198.54.96.232
  • Backup Email Server IP: 198.54.97.232

The exact steps for adding an IP address to an allowlist can vary depending on the email provider (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, corporate email systems). However, you can generally follow these steps:

  1. Look for a "Safe Senders" list, "Whitelist," or "Allowed Senders" option within their email settings or security preferences.
  2. Add the provided IP addresses to this list.
  3. You can also add 'noreply@supplyframe.com' to the allowlist

Important Note for Corporate Email Systems: If you are using a corporate email address, you might need to contact your internal IT department or email administrator to request that these IP addresses be added to the allowlist at the organizational level.
