There are search, sort and filter capabilities within Quoting as available for both system standard and custom user defined columns in your RFQ's on the Assignments, Responses, and Review & Implement pages. This includes any calculated fields.
You can use the Search field on any of those pages in your RFQ to look for an IPN, MPN, or Manufacturer listed within your quote.
Within your RFQ line items, you can Sort by columns as available by clicking on the arrows next to the header. This allows you to sort in ascending or descending by that specific column. By default, it will be sorted by your IPN column. Currency fields are sorted by just the numeric values, so for those columns any currency significance is ignored.
The filter icon in a column as available allows you to search for more targeted results within your line items. The filter dropdown enables you to narrow your search specifically to the selected columns. There's a search field within the dropdown to help you look for a specific column as needed. Once the columns are selected, you'll see the sort and/or filters displayed above your line items.
To clear out your filter, simply click on the X to the right of its name. That will remove the filter and restore it to your original view.
Depending on the column, it may then provide a range or individual items to be selected. Click on the column filter to see the options to select from within that filter.
