Quota Errors
Errors in an RFQ within Quoting are triggered when for a group of IPNs, their Plant & Subcontractor have a sum of Ref. Quota or the sum of Quota different than 100.

Sum (Ref Quota) or sum (Quota) for a group of IPNs who's Plant & Subcon is different than 100 -> Error

Sum (Ref Quota) or sum (Quota) for a group of IPNs who's Plant & Subcon =0 –> Error

All lines in a group of IPNs who's Plant and Subcon have Ref Quota and Quota blank –> No Error
Errors are shown on the Assignments page if for IPNs the sum of Ref. Quota for their Plant & Subcontractor group is different than 100. Then errors are shown on both Responses and Review & Implement if Quota is different than 100 on these pages.
Errors have their own filter on Assignment, Responses, and Review & Implement pages. However, the filter will show the lines with errors together with the grouping of IPN, Plant & Subcontractor.
Any errors that are shown are for when the quota is applied, but not for when quota is simply visualized.
Validation Errors
On the Response page of an RFQ, validation errors are displayed when incorrect information has been entered.
If you enter incorrect data pertaining to the data type or min/max range, then the error message will guide you to correct the data entry via manual and file upload method as applicable. There will be a tooltip for the field (system/user defined) if the field has any min/max values defined.
When you have entered an incorrect value, then you will see the cell highlighted with a tooltip displayed regarding the error. Such as when entering letters into a field that only accepts integers.
