The Award Implementation report helps you to visualize your implementation awards in terms of Savings and Spend. This report can be generated after you have finalized the "Implementation" statuses on Review & Implement pages of an RFQ. The viewing of the Savings and Spend at this step is based on the "Awards" status in the RFQ.
Use the Reports dropdown in the top navigation bar to access the Award Implementation Report page. In the Create A Report left side bar, select the RFQ(s) that you wish to use. The filter field can help you narrow your selections. Then click on Show Report to generate the results.
You can toggle between the different view tabs of certain groups to see the Savings and Spend, such as: By Category, By Custom Region, By Supplier and By Subcontractor.
As needed, you can export this information as well.
Report Definitions
| Savings Implemented | The total of all AUC Savings, which are awarded and in the "Implemented" status. |
| Savings To Be Implemented | The total of all AUC Savings currently in the "To be Implemented" status. |
| Savings with Issues | The total of all AUC Savings currently in the "Issue" status. |
| Total Savings | All AUC Savings from awarded lines. Savings "Implemented" + Savings "To Be Implemented" + Savings with "Issues". |
| Implemented vs Total | Progress percentage bar chart showing what percent of all awarded savings is in the "Implemented" status compared to the total Savings, where the total is calculated from absolute values. |
| Spend Implemented | Total of all AUC Spend, which is awarded and in the "Implemented" status. |
| Spend To Be Implemented | Total of all AUC Spend, which is awarded but in the "To Be Implemented" status. |
| Spend with Issues | Total of all AUC Spend, which is awarded but flagged as an "Issue". |
| Total Spend | The total Spend that is awarded and in any status. Spend "Implemented" + Spend "To Be Implemented" + Spend with "Issues". |
