Supplyframe's Quoting offers a view option to quickly examine your Suppliers responses, allowing for easy comparisons. The card view allows quick views to specific values, quick edits, and 'Badges' that allow you to see which suppliers have the Lowest Price, Incumbent, Lowest Lead Time, Lowest Excess Cost, Lowest MOQ.
To access, for line items you've received responses in, click the graph button next to your IPN:
From there, you'll see the full IPN Group Analysis page, with the main card layout:
Colored badges at the top of each card highlight best-in-class values: Lowest Price, Incumbent, Lowest Lead Time, Lowest Excess Cost, Lowest MOQ.
Within cards, you can edit quotas, compare differences (with % delta and up/down arrows), and understand the impact of switching suppliers.
Applying a Best Bid or Ref. Quota Scenario first populates the Quota column, triggering comparisons. Without a quota, comparisons won’t be calculated until one is entered.
At the top of each card page, you'll see Summary KPIs are offered for items meeting target price, price-range buckets, response status, and lead-time distribution:
Reference Data—market average, Contract Pricing (blue line indicates contract length), and Purchase-Order Pricing (pink dots)—is displayed below the selected supplier card for quick comparison.
