Supplyframe provides the ability to customize your Display Views within Quoting by choosing the columns you want displayed. You can create your own views and tailor the columns visible to your preferences. These views are user unique, as well as RFQ and page specific. This functionality is available for each RFQ on their Assignments, Responses, and Review & Implement pages.

Since the displays are user specific, they will only be visible to you, unless the view is made shareable to your team. As needed, that option allows you to share your custom displays so they're visible to your colleagues who have access to the same RFQs.

Create Display Views

From the Display Columns dropdown, click on Create a View.

The “Create a View” modal will then appear. You will type in your “View Name” and select the columns you want to add to the view.

Click on the “right” arrow to move your display column selections from the list of Available Columns to the Selected Columns list. Checking the box of “Share View” makes this RFQ's display available to your colleagues with the same permissions.

Select/Remove Display Views

You can change your display views by clicking on the Display Columns dropdown and then on Select a View. The Select a View window will show all of your created views, as well as the default view of “All Columns”. Click the radio bubble of the view you want to use and click on Apply.

Edit Display Views

Your created views can be easily edited. First, the display view that you need to edit must already be active (applied) in your RFQ before you can begin to make changes to it. From the Display Columns dropdown, click on Edit Current View

Display View Rules

When Creating or Editing a Display View, the last utilized view will be set as the default for that page. As you change from one page to another, or log out / log in, then on your return to a particular page within that RFQ, you will now see the last used "default" view.

When custom Display Views have not been created for an RFQ, then your display will show “All Columns” as available in the RFQ. This is dependent on the source file's template settings. You cannot edit or delete this system default view.
