General Improvements
Risk Index Settings Page Moved
What is it? - The Risk Index System Settings page allows for the creation and management of your custom Risk Index entries.
Where can I find it? - As an admin, you can now find this setting under the left-side 'General' section when viewing 'System Settings'.
Why do I need this? - We've moved this setting to coincide with Risk Index's increased availability across other modules.

Custom Sourcing Statuses
What is it? - We've added the ability to create custom statuses within Supplyframe's newest app- Sourcing
Where can I find it? - As an admin, you can find 'Sourcing Statuses' under the 'Sourcing Section' in 'System Settings'
Why do I need this? - Custom Sourcing Statuses allow you more flexibility in managing your Sourcing projects.
How does it work? - You can adjust the name of any status to a custom name, you can also adjust any status to be your choice of several colors, and you can mark any status to represent 'Complete'
'Overview' is now Sourcing's Homepage
What is it? - We've adjusted the newest NPI-DS's module, Sourcing, to use 'Overview' as its homepage- changing from previously showing 'Parts List' first.
Where can I find it? - When opening a Sourcing project, or after creating a new project, the 'Overview' tab will open first.
How does it work? - After creating your project, you'll land on the overview page. On the far right side of the page, you'll see your 'Line Items' progress bar fill on your initial project load:
Once this is filled, all your corresponding graphs and tags on your Overview page will be loaded.

Custom Names for 'Spend and Savings'
What is it? - Your 'Spend and Savings' calculations can now be given custom names, and manually set as active across your RFQs.
Where can I find it? - Admins, can find the 'Savings Settings' section within the System Settings area via the left-side panel:
How does it work? - Admins can manually enter in new Displays Names for Spend and Savings Formulas, and can set them as visible via the 'Active' checkbox:
Why do I need this? - Adjusting this feature to be customizable will allow your team to better organize your Spend and Savings by having them appear with your chosen names, and reduce the appearance of non-needed calculations in your RFQs.
Upload Documents via Supplier Portal to Line Items
What is it? - Suppliers are now able to upload documents to specific line items while responding to quotes.
Where can I find it? - Via the Supplier Portal, a supplier can click on the 'Doc' icon on the far left of any line item,
How does it work? - Clicking into the Doc icon will allow all suppliers to attach an accepted file type document to that specific line item. For the Buyer side, each document uploaded by your suppliers will be labeled with the Supplier's name.
Why do I need this? - Attachment of documents at the line item level allows for easier RFQ completion for suppliers and buyers, reducing the need for email follow-ups to share specific files.
