You have the ability to send out personalized email messages to your specific supplier contacts within individual RFQs in Quoting. This can be helpful for example when needing to send reminders, message about awards, or ask suppliers to review lead times. 

Within an RFQ on the Suppliers tab of the Responses page, click on the email icon next to a supplier’s name, which will open an Email Contacts modal. Using the checkboxes, you can select which supplier contacts you want to email.

Use the Additional Recipients to include anyone not listed in that supplier's contact list or if you want to CC yourself or someone from your team(Email addresses should be separated for Additional Recipients). Type the message for your contacts regarding this RFQ and click Send.

The email will go directly to your supplier's email inbox and the message includes a link directly to the RFQ. Any responses a supplier sends will go directly to your email inbox.

Contact must be marked as "Enabled" in order to be sent an email through the RFQ. They will not show as an available contact in a RFQ email modal if marked as "Disabled" on their supplier page.
