The Review & Implement page in Quoting is the final step for your RFQ after you’ve completed the awarding on the Responses page. From here, you can implement awarded line items by changing the Implementation Status of each awarded line item. Adding the Implementation Status at a line item level allows you to see and report on the different statuses of all line items for the RFQ. Then the Implemented On date field can help you track when an implementation status was applied.

Implementation Status

There are four Implementation Status options:

  • None - Default status (gray box)
  • To be implemented - Awarded but has not been implemented. (orange box)
  • Issue - Awarded but there are issues with the line items that need to be reviewed. (red box)
  • Implemented -  Awarded and implemented, thereby ready for your next step to order. (green box)

Exporting

By adding the Implementation Status on a line item level, this allows you to see and report on the different statuses of all line items for the RFQ document. In addition, for larger RFQs, exporting the document allows you to focus on specific problematic line items or find out why other line items are still in the "None" or "To be Implemented" status. Exporting allows for bulk editing of implementation status and uploading it back to the system.

Filter

Within the Implementation status column on the Review & Implement page, click on the filter icon to choose which line items you want to see depending on their Implementation Status.

Award Implementation Report

The Award Implementation Report is meant to be generated after you have finalized the Implementation statuses on Review & Implement. Viewing the "Spend and Savings" at this step is based on the Awards status in the RFQ.
