The RFQs page in Quoting offers a great view of all of your company’s RFQs and projects created within your account. There are three different display-view options of your dashboard: the Folder View, All Projects, and My Projects. You can use the toggle at the top to easily change your display view.
The Folder View allows you to collaborate with your team by organizing and viewing your RFQs as projects in folders in a team perspective. It’s easy to use the +Create a New Folder to make additional folders as you continue to organize and create your RFQs.
Then the All Projects view shows all of your team's RFQs that have been created outside of the folders organization.
Lastly, the My Projects is the display of just your created RFQs.
Within any of the Quoting views, you are able to sort each header by ascending or descending order as long as the sorting icon is available by the header. Within the Status column, you can use the filter capability to see RFQ's of a specific status.
As needed, you can add, open, remove, and search for RFQs. There is Search capability at the top of the dashboard that helps you to look up a specific RFQ by name.
The Move function allows you to move an RFQ, an empty folder, or a folder with its contents to another folder. Select the desired items and click on Move. From the folders list, select which folder you want to move them to and click on Move to complete.
The Remove function allows you to delete project folders. If a project has documents in it, then the system will not delete it and leave only the “submitted” documents. To remove a project, select the folder and click on Remove.
Only RFQs with a status of “Draft” can be removed. Then a project folder cannot be deleted if it includes RFQs which have already been submitted to suppliers.
